RPSEA 2008 Request For Proposals Released
RPSEA is pleased to announce that a request for proposal (RFP) for the
Unconventional Resources Program and a request for proposal for the Small
Producer Program has been issued as of Tuesday, November 11, 2008. You are
invited to submit a proposal in response to these RFPs and should review the
documents and instructions concerning these proposals without delay. You
are encouraged to submit proposals well in advance of the due date, which is
January 12, 2009, 4 p.m., Central Time to allow for electronic receipt
processing. Please notify those within your organization who may have an
interest in these solicitations.
All inquiries pertaining to RFPs must be in writing and directed to
Contracts Director Wiley Wells by e-mail at wwells@rpsea.org wwells@rpsea.org
by November 26. The project start date is
approximately April 2009.

Written Questions/Answers Period: Questions regarding the Unconventional
Resources and Small Producer RFPs must be in writing and directed to

open 15 calendar days from date of issue, ending on November 26; after this
date, the question/answer period is closed; all questions and answers will
be posted to RPSEA¹s websit.e
